Some users of Sullivan on Comp are surprised when they are admitted to the app without first setting a password.
This happens when you have just completed a purchase or followed a link from your desktop icon, your corporate intranet resource page, or a link from within WorkCompCentral.
Even if you primarily access SOC from that link most of the time, it's still useful to have a password when you want to access the app from somewhere else, like your mobile device.
Setting Your Password
Look for the Log Out link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
That puts you at the log-in screen. Click Forgot Password.
Type your email address and click Email Me a Reset Link.
Locate the email in your inbox and click Change my password.
Follow the link.
Enter your new password and press, Change My Password.
You'll receive confirmation that your password was created and you'll be to the app.
Now that you've created a password, use it to log in by going to the Sullivan on Comp home page and clicking Log In.
