Be sure you have viewed a video to completion before attempting to retrieve a certificate.

After you have viewed the completed video, obtain your certificate under Webinars&gt;Completed Courses.

If you've just completed viewing 100% of a webinar but don't see it listed under your Completed Courses on the Webinar Page, do a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Force Refresh</a> of your browser.

This will update the view to the latest version of that page, and your certificate should appear.
