New Purchases
Immediately after signing up for a Sullivan on Comp subscription, new subscribers are sent two emails:
Welcome to Sullivan on Comp! - containing a link and instructions for creating your password.
Thanks for Subscribing - a receipt confirming your payment.
The emails are sent to the email address entered by the user on the subscription sign-up page.
Locate the Welcome to Sullivan on Comp! email and use the link in that email to set your password.
Welcome Email Not Received
If you do not receive the welcome email, search in your spam folder(s). Search for it using the subject line, "Welcome to Sullivan on Comp!"
If you are unable to find it, you can follow the steps to Set a Password shown further below. However, chances are good that if your email system didn't like the Welcome email, it also won't deliver the reset email to you.
If you try to reset your password and that email is also not received, contact us using the information shown below and we'll assist you directly.
Navigate to the Login Page
You can find the login screen by going to the Sullivan on Comp home page at www.SullivanOnComp.com and clicking Log In.
You can also log in directly at https://app.sullivanoncomp.com.
Your email address is your user name.
Use the password created using the Welcome email or reset link.
We recommend you bookmark https://app.sullivanoncomp.com for easier access.
Setting a Password
If you don't know your password or want to change it, set a password by requesting a reset email.
Input your email address and click EMAIL ME A RESET LINK.
Locate the email in your inbox (Subject: "Reset password instructions") and click Change my password.
Follow the link.
Enter your new password, confirm new password, and press CHANGE MY PASSWORD.
You'll receive email confirmation that your password was created and you'll be able to log in.
