Sometimes users find they can log in directly to Sullivan on Comp via their desktop browser, but they don't actually know what their password is. (This typically happens when the password was saved directly to the browser, but not otherwise recorded.)

Even if you access SOC from your desktop most of the time, it's still useful to know the password when you want to access the app from somewhere else, like your mobile device.

Setting Your Password

Look for the Log Out link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

That puts you at the log-in screen. Click Forgot Password.

Type your email address and click Email Me a Reset Link.

Locate the email in your inbox and click Change my password.

Follow the link.

Enter your new password and press, Change My Password.

You'll receive confirmation that your password was created and you'll be able to log into the app.

Logging In

Now that you've created a password, use it to log in by going to the Sullivan on Comp home page and clicking Log In.

And voila, the log-in page:

Mobile Access

Now that you've set your password, perhaps you'd like to access SOC from your smartphone or tablet device?
