How to retrieve your webinar certificate if it does not automatically appear in your account

Some users have reported that after viewing a webinar to completion, their webinar certificate does not automatically appear in the Sullivan on Comp account.

What to do?

Start by clicking on the Webinars link on the navigation menu at the top of the page. 

Take this step even if you are already on that page. Doing so will reload and refresh the data used to create that page.

Then, scroll down the page to Completed Courses to look for your certificate.

Click on the button for the specific certificate you wish to retrieve.

The PDF certificate will load in the browser and is available for download or printing.

If these steps do not solve the issue, please send an email to ​support@sullivanoncomp.com. (After verifying your completion of the webinar with our video hosting provider, we can send your certificate manually.)
